Alexandra (Aleka) has been with Karatzas & Partners since 2005 and she became partner in 2018. She specializes in banking, securities and capital markets law and practices also corporate and private international law.

Her practice on capital markets and corporate law transactions includes high profile Greek and combined securities offerings, equity and asset deals and corporate transformations.

She is also advising on an ongoing basis many companies listed on the Athens Exchange and shareholders regarding their Greek corporate governance law obligations.
