Karatzas & Partners advised National Bank of Greece in a joint tender offer for the acquisition of the entire outstanding share capital of Epsilon Net S.A. (“Epsilon”). The tender offer was launched alongside the majority shareholder of Epsilon and General Atlantic, a financial sponsor. The transaction was valued at c. €241 mln and constitutes one of the largest investments in the Greek tech and General Atlantic’s first investment in Greece. The tender offer is subject to the approval of the information circular by the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission and receipt of relevant regulatory clearances.
