Our firm advised Bespoke SGA Holdings S.A. and EOS Hellenic Renaissance Fund on the acquisition of the company Hellenic Juices Société Anonyme, a Greek company active in the field of production of fruit and vegetable juices, as well as on the financing of the transaction. The acquisition of 100% of Hellenic Juices Société Anonyme took place through a newly established entity founded by Bespoke SGA Holdings and EOS Hellenic Renaissance Fund and is a strategic step for Bespoke SGA Holdings to enter the sector of fruit juices production while it will also expand the participation of EOS Hellenic Renaissance Fund in entities active in the Greek food and beverage industry.
