Anna specializes in labor law. She is an expert in European employment law and familiar with the employment legislative framework of other European countries. She deals with the employment aspect in M&As and transfers of undertakings, advising on next-day human resources management, including retention or redundancy of staff. Anna also advises clients in day-to-day matters.
