Nikos specializes in M&A transactions and corporate law. He has significant experience as in-house head counsel in an established group of companies where he advised on several legal areas extending to mergers and acquisitions, IT, energy, finance, real estate and defense industry.
He has been also actively involved in a series of projects and transactions in the telecoms sector and handled multilevel compliance issues.
Nikos joined K&P in May 2023.
