Our firm advised Green Credit Services on its appointment as servicer of a portfolio of secured and unsecured non-performing loans (NPLs) acquired by a Luxembourg special purpose vehicle managed by LCM Partners.
The portfolio forms part of the “Jupiter” portfolio, originally acquired by the seller from Alpha Bank in 2018.
