Karatzas & Partners advised on all matters of Greek law the Banks as Initial Purchasers, the Trustee and the Security Agent in connection with the United Group B.V. successful issuance and offering of €305 million Floating Rate Senior Secured Notes due 2033 and of €625 million 6.375% Senior Secured Notes due 2033, the proceeds from which will be used for the redemption of existing senior secured notes.
