Karatzas & Partners acted as legal advisor to Inbank, an innovative financial technology company specialising in embedded finance solutions with operations across multiple European markets, in connection with the establishment of a 50/50 joint venture with Eurobank.

The joint venture aims to develop a leading embedded finance platform in Greece and will leverage Eurobank’s strong market presence, customer reach and funding capabilities together with Inbank’s technology and expertise in embedded finance, offering innovative solutions in areas such as Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), sales finance and consumer lending.
