Our senior counsel Vassilis Goulielmos participated last week in the 18th National Conference of Corporate In-House Counsel by Nomiki Bibliothiki, joining the panel discussion “Deal or No Deal? Navigating Legal Risk in M&A”.

The session highlighted that beyond legal terms and transaction documents, alignment between parties’ expectations is often a key factor in the success of an M&A deal. Addressing risks early and ensuring a common understanding among stakeholders can make all the difference.
