We are happy to announce that our firm acted as Greek legal counsel to the Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners in connection with the issuance and offering to institutional investors of €500 million 3.75% Senior Unsecured Notes by Athens International Airport (AIA) due 2033.

The Notes were successfully offered to institutional investors and will be listed on the Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin. The transaction was met with strong investor demand, with orders over €2.6 billion during the bookbuilding process.
