We are very happy to announce the successful completion of the issuance of a €350 million new common bond loan by LAMDA Development S.A., the trading of which commenced on Euronext Athens on June 10, 2026.

The Public Offer of the notes was oversubscribed at a rate of 1,7, signifying the confidence that investors put on the Company’s Group and setting the total amount raised by Lamda Development, in less than a year from the Greek capital market alone, at €850 million.
