Karatzas & Partners acted as Greek law counsel to CrediaBank in connection with the €65m financing of the acquisition and development of a property located in the Ellnikon, Athens, over which a high-end c. 23,100 sq.m. residential complex will be constructed to consist of approximately 135 apartments.
