We are pleased to announce that our firm advised Principia Energy and its shareholders Enel Group and Macquarie Asset Management on the successful closing and acquisition from EDP Renewables of a milestone wind farm portfolio of 150MW installed capacity in Greece as per the terms agreed between the parties in July 2025.
