We are proud to announce that our firm acted as legal counsel to the Coordinator and Bookrunners in connection with the offering of a €140 mln common bond loan by Aktor Group S.A. The coupon was set at €4,70%, at the lower end of the range, while the book closed at c. €440 mln marking an oversubscription by over 3 times.

The issuance of this first listed bond of Aktor Group attracted significant retail interest, leading to a 53.6% allocation, while 46.4% of the bonds were allocated to institutional investors.
