We are pleased to have secured unconditional merger control clearance from the Hellenic Competition Commission (HCC) for our client, Generali Hellas Insurance Company S.A., one of the largest insurance companies in Greece and member of the Generali Group, for the acquisition of sole control over Euroclinic Group, a group active in the private healthcare services and diagnostic centers market.

The transaction concerns the markets of private health insurance services and private healthcare services – diagnostic centers, where vertical relationships exist between the activities of the companies involved in the transaction.
