K&P advises on the landmark €2.7 bn. acquisition by Intralot of Bally’s International Interactive Business

We are proud to announce that our firm advised all international and Greek banks and investment services firms which acted on the debt and equity financing of the acquisition by Intralot of Bally’s Interactive, and in particular, on the offering of €900m Senior Secured Notes, all inter-related financing and security package arrangements and on the oversubscribed combined offering of c. €430m new Intralot shares.

 

The closing of the acquisition in a tight timeline marks the successful completion of a market game-changing, complex, multi-phase and multi-jurisdictional transaction encompassing several strategic and novel legal components.
