In line with our efforts to support equal opportunities, we were excited to host a Job Shadowing initiative, in collaboration with the Vocational Training Center Margarita.

We welcomed six beneficiaries with neurodevelopmental disorders, who spent the day exploring different administrative functions — including Secretariat, Facilities, HR, and Legal Library team — as part of their journey toward workplace inclusion.
