Karatzas & Partners advised (i) National Bank of Greece S.A., a global banking and financial services company and the largest bank in Greece, on the sale of the entire share capital of Probank Leasing S.A., a subsidiary in the financial leasing sector; and (ii) National Bank of Greece S.A. and NBG Leasing S.A. on the sale of two portfolios of non-performing financial leasing exposures.
