As part of our ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion, we recently organized an awareness speech at our offices on the topic “Neurodevelopmental Disorders: Everyday Life & Work”.

This event was held in collaboration with the vocational training center Margarita, which is dedicated to empowering individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, such as intellectual disabilities, and integrating them into the workforce.

Two years ago our firm stepped into action, hiring a beneficiary of Margarita with intellectual disability, who is a valued member of our team since then.
