The need of meaningful leadership, talent attraction and retention strategies, and the critical role of internal training and coaching of the future leaders were among the topics of the parallel session “Leading the future: the future of leadership,” hosted by our firm during the 16th National Conference of Corporate In-House Counsel by Nomiki Bibliothiki.

Our Partner Christina Faitakis directed a dynamic discussion between Catherine Karatzas, our Managing Partner, Maria Giarmeniti, HR Advisor/Head of Talent Management at AIMS International Hellas, Melina Angelides, Legal Counsel at Fraport, and Andreas Stavropoulos, Partner at Threshold Ventures and Member of the Advisory Committee on Artificial Intelligence in Greece,  on the  challenges  that leadership faces in legal departments and law firms. The panel emphasized on the challenges and necessity for adaptability, resilience, inclusivity and the importance of embracing progressive practices.
