Our firm advised Eurobank and Piraeus Bank in the financing of the development of one of the largest PV-solar projects in Greece (with a total capacity of 550 MW) through the issue of a co-financed loan by Phoebe Energy Single-Member S.A., a 100% subsidiary of PPC Renewables – ΔΕΗ Ανανεώσιμες. This financing includes funds sourced from the “Greece 2.0” National Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRF), seamlessly blended with Eurobank’s and Piraeus’s resources to further support the private investment in the RES sector.
