We are very excited to announce that our firm advises Currys plc, a company listed in the LSE, in connection with the sale of Dixons South East Europe A.E.V.E., the company responsible for Currys’ retail operations in Greece and Cyprus operating under the name Kotsovolos, to PPC S.A. Kotsovolos is a leading retailer in Greece, offering a diverse mix of products and services with a large nationwide network and strong brand awareness.

This sale will allow Currys plc to strengthen its balance sheet and simplify its operations.

Closing is subject to receipt of merger clearance and shareholder approval.
