Our firm has advised National Bank of Greece in connection with the acquisition of a minority shareholding of 7,5% in EPSILON NET with the option to acquire a further 7,5% three years after completion of the initial transaction.
The acquisition is part of a long term exclusive strategic partnership agreement between National Bank of Greece and EPSILON NET for the joint design, development, and distribution of products and services focusing on strengthening and supporting entrepreneurship in Greece with a view to address the modern needs of Greek businesses and drive their digital transformation.
