Our firm has advised Österreichische Post AG in connection with the acquisition of an 80% stake in the Greek technology services provider Agile Actors and the strategic cooperation between them.

Agile Actors is one of Greece’s largest and most dynamic software development and data engineering organisations.

With annual revenue of about € 2.5 billion, Austrian Post is Austria’s leading logistics and postal service provider, with an ambitious digital transformation plan. The Austrian Post Group is also active through its subsidiaries in the areas of telecommunications, e-commerce, financial services through bank99 and now with Agile Actors in technology services.
