The “skyline” of the Greek real estate market changes and we are thrilled to participate in what is considered to be the largest open market real estate portfolio transaction in Greece in recent years!

Our firm advised Alpha Bank in forming with DIMAND S.A. and Premia Properties REIC an equity partnership in real estate investment, through the sale of a EUR 438 million real estate portfolio (Project Skyline), comprising of 573 assets of multiple types, including offices, commercial real estate, residential and industrial/logistics assets, with a gross area of c. 500,000 sq.m.

Our team was led by our Real Estate Partner Vassiliki Salaka, assisted by Sophia Mavridou, Senior Counsel, Alexandros Anagnostopoulos, Senior Associate, Aristides Makripodis, Associate, and Katerina Stathakarou, Trainee Lawyer.
