Our firm acts as legal advisor to Eurobank and Alpha Bank, in connection with the financing of Meton Energy S.A., a joint venture of RWE Renewables and PPC Renewables – ΔΕΗ Ανανεώσιμες, for granting a long-term financing of €144 million, regarding the implementation of a 210MW PV portfolio in Amyntaio, located in the Western Macedonia region, Greece.

The financing includes funds sourced from the “Greece 2.0” National Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRF), seamlessly blended with the Greek Banks’ resources to further support the private investment in the RES sector.
