We have advised Cepal Hellas Financial Services S.A. with respect to Project Rebound, the sale and transfer of large corporate reperforming loans from securitisation vehicles benefiting from the provisions of the Hellenic Asset Protection Scheme (”Hercules”) to Optima bank, being the first transaction in the Greek market entailing the sale of reperforming securitized loans back to a credit institution.
