We advise Antenna Group, the international media and entertainment organization and the largest Greek media group, with respect to its participation and successful selection as the preferred bidder in a tender process organised and conducted by Eurobank S.A., concerning the acquisition of a 100% equity stake in the company Village Roadshow Operations, Greece, the leading multiplex cinema chain in Greece, operating under the Village Cinemas trademarks, that mainly shows blockbuster, mainstream, children and family films.

This is a significant M&A transaction in the TMT market given the importance of Village Cinemas and the compatibility of the cinema business with the overall business strategy of Antenna Group.
