Our firm advised Italgas S.p.A. on the acquisition of DEPA Infrastructure S.A., the largest gas distribution operator in Greece form the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. and the Hellenic Petroleum Holdings S.A. The acquisition marks the successful outcome for Italgas of its participation in the international tender launched in 2019 by the HRADF and the return to Greece of one of the largest gas distributors in Europe.
