On Wednesday 13^th July, our four interns had the pleasure of participating in an original K&P moot court competition which was held in our offices. They argued on issues of employment law and freedom of speech.

The scenario was about the mysterious leak of a comedic video filmed by an employee, which goes viral and then becomes a deal-breaker for an important transaction. The employer loses the opportunity to acquire a key asset, the employee is fired, and the question remains: was there an unfair dismissal?

The story was inspired by the Harry Potter movies, which made the experience fun for our youngest K&P members!
