We are proud to announce that we assisted PPC S.A. in the completion of the sale of 49% in the shares of ΔΕΔΔΗΕ Α.Ε. HEDNO S.A., its subsidiary owning and operating the electricity distribution network to Macquarie Asset Management.

The transaction which also involved the corporate transformation of the PPC group through the transfer of the ownership of the distribution assets together with the related debt to HEDNO, is transformative of the Greek electricity market, at a time when the energy transition and the electrification of transport and heating lead to enhanced needs for investment in the electricity distribution network.
