Our firm has advised Eni on the acquisition, through Eni gas e luce (which will become Plenitude this year), of a PV portfolio of approximately 800 MW in Greece under development by the Greek company Solar Konzept Greece (SKGR). SKGR’s shares were sold by solar-konzept International GmbH International, whose majority stake is owned by Aquila Capital, a sustainable investment and asset development company, based in Hamburg, Germany.

This acquisition is part of Eni’s plan to grow renewable capacity in Greece together with vertically integrated activities in the power retail business.
