Our firm advised EOS Capital Partners and the Tsiknakis family with respect to the sale of an 80% stake in Cosmos Sport SA to JD Sports Fashion plc, one of the world’s leading retailers of sports fashion and outdoor brands. The Tsiknakis Family will remain in the company with a minority stake and will work in partnership with JD for the future development of Cosmos Sport S.A. while EOS Capital have disposed their entire holding.

Under the guidance of the new majority shareholder and with the presence of members of the Tsiknakis Family in key management positions, the Company will have the opportunity to further expand its business in Greece and abroad.
