Pursuant to article 70 of Greek law 4722/2020 on the “use of new technology for the meeting of board of directors of unions and other private law entities”, the meeting of the board of directors of any Greek private law union or legal entity can take place via a teleconference, irrespective of whether this is provided for in its constitutive documents, on condition that the invitation sent for the meeting to its members clarifies that the meeting will take place via a teleconference and includes also all necessary information and technical guidance for the participation of the members in the meeting.

The above provision will apply until 31 December 2020.
