Greek Corporates: General Meeting of Shareholders / Partners

On 1st July 2020, the application of the provision of par. 2 of article 33 of Legislative Act dated 30 March 2020 (ratified by Greek law 4683/2020) that permitted the meetings of shareholders or partners of any legal entity via a teleconference, irrespective of whether this is provided for by their constitutional document, was extended until 31 August 2020.

The extension was considered necessary to assist the decrease in the spread of the coronavirus and to protect public health.
